Harlequin Artists Part XIX - Roy Hewetson

There are going to be many posts about Harlequin artists who signed 2 1/2 times (300 vs. 120) as many covers as Wm. Collins Sons & Co. Canada's White Circle artists. With only 28 signed covers, the other large early Canadian paperback publisher, Export Publishing Enterprises, is a distant third. Here's one of the 34 Harlequin artists.
