The second early Harlequin artist to sign his work (after D. Rickard) was Cy Heal.

Not listed in the Index of Canadian Illustrators he is listed in the Toronto City Directories:

1948 - Cyril D. R. Heal, commercial artist
1949 and 1950 - no listing
1951 - commercial artist
1952 and 1953 - commercial artist, Bomac Engravers

It looks like the first Harlequin is signed Cyril Heal. The rest are Cy Heal.
