Toronto's Export Publishing Enterprises used bare naked ladies (BNLs) on its covers to a degree unmatched by other paperback publishers of the era - Canadian or American. They hit the ground running with three of their first four books published in mid 1948 displaying BNLs. The next two were 16 published in December 1948 and 32 in March 1949. Unless noted artwork is uncredited.
