  1. It's curious that some Margaret Paull covers seem much more accomplished than others. Time constraints, perhaps?

    Ignoring Wandering Cowboy, which to these straight eyes seems homoerotic, I've always liked the cover of Something Nasty in the Woodshed. Always reminds me of Charles Addams.

  2. Good question. Her covers without people are her best. The more people on th cover and the more prominent the less successful. Except for "The Riding' Fool" the westerns don't work, particularly compared to other WC westerns.
